Andrew Talbot is the owner and manager of a web design and hosting company based in the heart of Bristol. This site is operated by that company.
Andrew’s working life started as an apprentice with a printing firm based in Cambridgeshire. After completing an apprenticeship he progressed through the industry adding graphic design and reprographics to his toolbox.
The migration from drawing board to computer keyboard was almost seamless. Initial projects included designing and building database applications for PCs. And he was first online in 1989 courtesy of CompuServe.
At the same time, thanks to Tim Berners-Lee, the World Wide Web was invented.
Since the 1990s Andrew has been designing applications, almost exclusively, for the web. Adhering to the standards set by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
Using his skills in data manipulation the majority of his work is data driven. And this is evident through the many eCommerce and online content managed websites Andrew has designed and built.
Andrew has been involved in national and international projects for companies such as MSN, NatWest, Network Rail and The Royal Bank of Scotland. But his preference is to work with people, businesses and organisations in and around the Bristol area.
